In case of an aircraft malfunction, occurrence or difficulties during maintenance, owners and operators are kindly requested to fill the occurrence reporting form provided below and then submit it to SST Flugtechnik GmbH:

Safety Management

To report any other safety concerns or potential hazards in conjunction with SST Flugtechnik (e.g. processes, operations, etc.) one of the two following reporting templates can be filled and send to safety[at]sst-flugtechnik.com:

• Voluntary hazard identification report
• Confidential / anonymous report

Reporters are encouraged to use the voluntary reporting form instead of the anonymous one because further communication with the reporter facilitates the processing and resolving of issues. In accordance with the Just Culture implemented at SST Flugtechnik, it is ensured that no personnel is being penalized for their actions, omissions or decisions. However, gross engligence, wilful violations or destricve actions will not be tolerated.
