Continuing Airworthiness of Type Design

The EA 400-500 Type Design is owned by Jiangsu Aviation Industry Co., Ltd., an aircraft manufacturer not disposing of its own approved Design Organization. SST Flugtechnik GmbH provides all services required to ensure the obligations of a Type Certificate Holder with respect to continuing airworthiness of type design:

• Prepare and control safety assessment and analyses and correct any unsafe conditions
• Prepare and control Flight Manual
• Issue Technical Manuals, e.g. Maintenance Manual, Repair Manual
• Prepare and control Airworthiness Directives (AD) and Service Bulletins (SB)
• Ensure Occurrence Reporting, Investigation and Analysis
• Establish Maintenance Review Board (MRB)
• Establish and control QA and auditing procedures
